A Perfectly Crafted Temple
Disclaimer: I’m not a medical professional or scientist. I’m just some black dude with glasses who likes thinking and scheming about things in the dark, like in the photo below. My fitness advice I believe is legit. But I’ve experienced things over the past few years some of them tragedies that have led me down a path toward better health with some ideas that many would say is controversial. But with things of this nature, just take it as my obervations.
I try to be a student of history. My love for history was cultivated in me through my folks and watching them go from day to day spending some of their leisure time learning more about the world they’re living in.
This love of history followed me into college where I majored in it covering a whole spectrum of historical subjects.
Growing up religious(& still am) I approached history with a particular framework… a lens…a perspective.
I don’t believe we(Humans & Nature) got here by accident or through some blind process toward greater efficiency.
We came in an instant and if we so choose, can embark on a path, an all seeing process, toward greater perfection.
I got into Charles Darwin’s, “Descent of Man” a few years back and found it interesting. Every framework/paradigm/religion has it’s origin story. The best one is the one that eventually, not only helps you to better deal with your current issues, but has stood the test of time aka survived the worst of the worst.
Our beliefs have a significant effect on how we act whether we know it or not. A society, who believes more in Darwin’s biological evolution(from kind to kind/macro) theories will engage( internally and externally) vastly different than those who believe in something else. If there was no purpose in our creation, and human kind is the result of eons of blind development not so much of degrees but in kinds/species, then the only thing that matters in life is who can exert the most force on others. Just look into the history of what Belgium did in the Congo in the late 19th century.
Additionally, if human kind on this developmental spectrum, is half way between a single cell organism and something greater, then it could be argued that how our bodies operate on a physical level still has issues it needs to work out. A society that has it’s systems and doctrines inspired by this blind development theory will approach gaining knowledge of itself and teaching others about it in different ways as well.
This brings us to health…
How we believe we got here will influence what methods we use to heal, maintain, and improve our bodies. How others believe we got here, especially those involved in science, will influence how the majority are taught to heal, maintain and improve their bodies…
The Flexner Report was a document made by Abraham Flexner (in the meme above) in the early 20th century that changed how health care would be conducted for next century and possibly beyond. But what I saw about a decade ago, how macro evolutionary theory was shaping the foreign policy of certain countries, this document among others helped me to see how this theory was also shaping modern medicine. Because it’s not enough just to read some document one has to look into the worldviews of those involved.
This belief, that this chemical meat suit we all reside in was the result of eons of some blind selection process was the starting point of many of the folks who guided the path of modern medicine. For the purposes of this article and from here on out, I’ll refer to this as the, “Busted Evolution Medical Paradigm(BEMP)” Because from this perspective the human body is busted and requires all these things and experts to keep it running, assuming they know what is actually going on. Oftentimes modern medicine just shrugs it’s shoulders, hands us poison and hopes for the best…
If the start assumption of the BEMP was correct there’d be evidence of it’s effectiveness. There would be less sickness and death in all age demographic however these are increasing. This can mean two things…
that either we are getting sicker
or the tests and diagnostics we take are producing more false positives to guide us towards these solutions and to sometimes give us the illusion of how effective our health care system is and catching danger before it happens.
Heck it could always be a combination of both.
But as one of the few people with, “Dr” in front of their name that I trust once said,
“Treatment Failures Usually Means It’s The Wrong Paradigm” Dr Jerry Tennant
When you depart from this mainstream path and attain health like you’ve never experienced before; like getting less sick after disregarding the existence of viruses, you start to realize that something is horribly wrong.
The better a tool or operating system is the easier it is to use. Conversely the worse a tool or operating system is, the harder it is to use. Pushing a cart through the grocery store with a busted wheel takes more energy than a cart with perfectly working wheels. Working with something that operates poorly calls for more complexity in it’s operation. Instead of just pushing the basket with ease now one has to push forward as well as exert force(Overcoming isometrics lol) to whatever side to counteract the influence of the bad wheel.
If the human body is perfectly working because it’s well designed, then the solutions we use should be simple. If the human body is poorly designed then there will be a great deal of complexity when it comes to maintaining or improving it and with this complexity comes the specialists or, “Experts.”
This is my starting point…That the human body is almost perfect.
I’m saying “Almost” because there are things I believe we should be doing in the here and now in regards to our creator that will guide us toward this full perfection.
But the only time the human body doesn’t work or develop properly is when it has too many toxins or is being tampered with…
Most times I lean toward the idea that our bodies are being tampered with. For a health care system built on profit/repeat customers, it would be advantageous to create sickness no matter what it is…
This ability to produce sound in such a way was discovered in the 1960s and was called, “The Frey Effect.” Patents based on this effect were being developed in the 1980s...
Special Note: By the time the Military Industrial Complex notifies Gen Pop(The general population) that a certain technology exists, it’s likely they’ve been experimenting with it for years or decades up to the point.
A fully developed human body knows what to do. It can heal and maintain it’s equilibrium if in the proper environment, or even improve if given the right stimulus.
But the knowledge we’ve been given over the past century hasn’t properly notified us of the proper environment or the right stimulus. This knowledge can come from the mainstream, but it can also come from various alternatives that are based on that same Busted Evolution Medical Paradigm(BEMP) without realizing it. This goes for health…
…and for fitness
I’ve never been much of a nutrition guy. Certainly I distance myself from too much processed food items but outside of this I just eat what makes me full and happy. All the times in my life when I put on muscle I never focused on my nutrition. Some might say this is because I have good genetics however there were times in my recent past where I was struggling to put on weight no matter what I did…
In the past I could put on weight( aka muscle) because I was young. Now I’ve learned to refine the stimulus which I give to my muscles and now I’m closer to my post college(2014 grad) weight than I’ve ever been.
This refined stimulus I would argue is simple. It’s mostly muscle tension, blood flow, and some fatigue. This can be done in ways that are less destructive and require very little focus on nutrition or a pristine recovery phase between workouts…
The reason this can be done is because the human body is a perfectly crafted temple. It doesn’t need to be beat into submission like some training systems advocate. There are better ways…
Strenuous muscular work does not build muscle. If it did, the hardest workers, particularly those who start in childhood, would be the biggest and strongest people. But the reverse is actually the case, because strenuous training and hard labour actually break down the muscular tissue.
We know that there are the rare cases of men who are able to train strenuously and show good physical development. But such persons are possessed of extraordinary powers of recuperation and they would get better results from more scientific methods of training. Some men are vitally strong enough to withstand several years of hard wear and tear on the organs, and it is these rare cases that are held up by advocates of strenuous training as proof of the efficacy of such training. - Court Saldo, The Maxalding System
Special Note: I don’t mean to strip people of their gyms and weights. We all have free will at the end of the day…granted we’re aware of the ways in which we’re being manipulated by the powers that be. But I would like to plant a seed of doubt in these methods of training and point to something that I know to be more convenient. One that taps into the intelligence of the human body and produce results in a more energy efficient manner.
But focusing on the myriad of other things folks do to build muscle or train their bodies can be complex. Which is why for myself I stay away from meal plans or measuring out how much protein I’m getting each day.
Now that I’ve stumbled on concepts like Nitrogen Fixing and Biological Transmutation I feel more confident in my approach. There are several things I believe supersede nutrition and that I know are easier to adhere to.
Light environment (Artificial/Blue vs Natural Light)
Quality Sleep
Our Thoughts
Our Electromagnetic Environment
The Electromagnetic homeostasis of the human body
The last one is a thing that has been left out of the BEMP. The BEMP focuses mainly on the chemical aspects of the human body but ignores the most likely fact that the electric aspects are the foundation for it all. It’s all voltage. The electric aspects of the human body are making a comeback in mainstream medicine but I doubt it’s for good reasons…
But back to nutrition, maybe I’m just a biased caveman that doesn’t like thinking too hard about things. Or maybe I instinctively knew that the human body was better than modern science was giving it credit for. After all most military campaigns throughout the centuries would have faulted if the human body wasn’t so robust at taking care of itself in some harsh environments.
A “Solution” Amidst The Chaos
And by, “Chaos” this can be real or manufactured chaos.
When I look back on all the things I’m doing for my health and fitness that stray from the BEMP I have to ask,
“Is this all part of some joke?”
Language Warning
Have we been purposefully taught wrong for some joke… or some malevolent purpose down the road?
“Turning the Map Around” was a concept I was taught during my Marine Corps officer training. It’s kind of like Would Would Jesus Do(WWJD) instead it’s What Would Your Enemy Do(WWYED). In this world were I’ve come realize that…
“We fought the wrong enemy” - Patton
….this Turn-The-Map-Around approach has helped me to make sense of many things.
Of course a prerequisite would be that one would know their enemy better than they know their own friend or allies.
And due to my upbringing, which has altered in several ways the past few years but the core still remains stable, I see that there’s a certain group of entities that might play a role in all this…
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” - Ephesians 6:12
Why can’t the knowledge/science we were we taught on the human body over the past few centuries be one of the many manifestations of this kind of wrestling..this kind of warfare? All in an attempt to lead us down a certain path?
Never mind I should slow my roll. I’m just pondering some things after all…
But I know that distancing myself from paradigms of health that are rooted in BEMP have benefited me greatly these past few years.
Main Points/Summary
A framework which sees the human body and nature as the result of chance had a strong influence on the formation of our modern day medical system. Any chaos or perceived chaos will be viewed from this lens and will affect what solutions/ treatments are developed.
A fully developed human body only falters if it receives too many toxins(chemical or electromagnetic) from the environment. The toxins that are present are either their by accident or intent. The latter(intent) can be used to guide us into the solutions they wish us to take. These solutions, which can be ineffective, can also be used to guide us towards a better solution that in these latter times might serve to take away our bodily autonomy(Trans-humanism, Wide Body Area Network, , E-Health, Molecular Communication, etc)
Once a paradigm is adopted, where the human body and nature are not the result of chance, health and fitness will be easier to cultivate, maintain, and improve.
Some alternative paradigms to the medical system we’ve been given, are unknowingly and partially rooted in the framework which sees the human body and nature as the result of chance and can’t properly function….
Ex: Mainstream - Cancer is a disease and should be dealt with using chemo Alternative - Cancer is a disease and should be dealt with using Ivermectin.
Both -The human body doesn’t know what it’s doing and has no healing mechanisms
Ex #2: Mainstream - Covid came about due to wet markets in China and the solution is the MRNA Vaccine
Alternative - Covid came about due to viruses being made in a lab and the solution is Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine
Both - Viruses exist and these tiny microbes can derail the operation of the human body. Nothing else is the cause and our symptoms can’t be the result of our own detoxification processes.
Well that’s it. Realizing that our bodies are more capable than we’ve been previously taught is the first step. Let me know your thoughts down below if you so choose. I don’t bite, but if you see me out in public I might be hella awkward.
Take Care!!!!
